Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payments via local payment methods such as cash on delivery (COD) or approved digital gateways (e.g., PayPal, Payzone, or similar — if available in Morocco).
• Orders are only processed once full payment is received (unless COD).

Order Processing & Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (for ready-made products).
• Custom clothing (e.g., caftans) may take 7–15 days depending on the complexity.
• Deliveries are made via local Moroccan courier services.
• You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when your order is shipped.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom-made items
• Items not in original condition or used
